Day 1… Low Back: Adapted from Dalton’s new Advanced Back, Hip and Leg Pain book and video series, this class features innovative ‘springing’ techniques for fixing locked lumbars, motion-restricted SI-joints, hip capsule adhesions, and piriformis pain.

Day 2… Foot and Leg Pain: Take a deep tissue/joint mobilization tour through funky feet, bum knees and crooked legs. Learn a simplified “Stirrup Spring System” formula to help clients suffering chronic plantar fasciitis, shin splints, IT-band friction syndrome, and foot pronation. Discover short-cuts for identifying and correcting ‘short legs’ responsible for pelvic instability and back pain

Day 3… Neck & Shoulder Pain: Dalton’s popular “Dirty Dozen” deep tissue routines are enhanced with new advanced joint stretching maneuvers to correct stubborn cricks, dowager's humps, thoracic outlet and rotator cuff pain.    

Visual learners love the multi-media 3-D animation and dissection presentation and kinesthetic learners appreciate the 70% hands-on training. Sports and structurally-oriented pain management strategies are presented clearly, concisely and systematically for easy integration into the working massage therapist's daily practice….it'll change the way you work!
